Passionate About Inspiring Others
I am Mrs Chua (also known as Miss Liu). I graduated from Nanyang Technological University with Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry (Second Upper Class Honours) and Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (NIE) and Master of Education (Developmental Psychology) in National Institute of Education.
With over 10 years of teaching experience, initially as a part-time tutor, then in MOE Secondary school and later as a full-time tutor, I have honed my skills in teaching, learning, and effective communication with students and parents. Through continuous analysis, reflection, and exploration of various teaching methods, I strive to ensure that each lesson is tailored to meet the diverse needs of every student.
Despite my background as a tutor, I do not believe that more tuition is always the solution for students struggling academically. Instead, I am dedicated to collaborating with students and parents to identify the root causes of academic challenges and guide them towards improvement, both academically and personally.

I am convinced that motivation and inspiration are key to effective education. By fostering a sense of motivation, students become empowered to pursue learning independently, work diligently, and strive for excellence.
